We are a group of independent psychotherapists offering psychotherapy and counselling. Each of the  psychotherapists has their own individual practice, and their own areas of specialisation.

Psychotherapy is a process where the client engages in a relationship with the therapist to help the client understand how they operate in their life and enable them to make changes. It is usually a process that goes on for longer than counselling and works at a deeper level. People often come to psychotherapy when significant relationships have ended or they feel overwhelmed with emotional problems, which may include anxiety, grief and depression.

Counselling is a process in which you can discuss difficulties that happen in your daily life and which cause you emotional distress or to feel overwhelmed. Counselling will help you identify what the issues are, and will help you to find the best way to cope.
